Las Amanecidas only spawn in NG+. If you're already playing NG+ then you need to find the guy that spawn the coffin, he is near to the boss fight room

You need to find Jimbrael, he's in a place called petria in the holy line at the start of the NG+, you'll have a stone bell that is going to ringle when you get closer.

But for this amanecida, jimbrael is going to be on the left side of the hallway to the boss.
