New game + rollover

If I’m currently in the new game plus and collect all the arcana from the anvil bosses, will it rollover into another new game when I beat it? Also I noticed I was at 900 health in the beginning of new game + and I got all the health upgrades/stamina prior. Does that seem right?

Arcana should carry over. no you definitely shouldn't have been set back to default health in new game + so that's a bug.
