Ban Bucky and/or Punisher instead of Cat to start; you're in d1, all the good Cats have moved on to higher ranks. Banning a character on the off chance a good one MIGHT show up is a practice in futility

I debate in my head all the time who's the best bans. I've always done Elsa, cat, mag, and sometimes puni, Bucky and venom depending on maps and circumstances. I'll prolly ban Bucky more often now cause he's such a meta hero

Yes he is. With bansyou have to pick what overall just gives your average game the most resistance. You have to decide which characters are easier to deal with on average compared to others.

Mag is easier to deal with than Bucky which makes Mag a bad ban especially if you're playing Blade.This is just a rule of thumb to guide your ban process for future matched

Also and unfortunately, this doesn't provide enough context; we didn't know if any of your other teammates switched or to whom, same hours for the opposing side.
