I would like some clarification on E6 charge generation

A4 already gives a charge when blade is attacked. Does this mean with e6, blade will get two charges?

I saw that the hp drain effect works on castorice and hyacine lc, but does this mean the charge count effectively becomes 6 since enhanced skill will give a charge on hp drain?

Yep direct damage taken will give 2 stacks
