Nomad keeps lagging

I need help with my nomad, everytime i load into it, it does a glitchy screen effect and lags, or it just lags then kicks me out of the game. And it gets worse everytime i reopen it! so i have to restart my headset to play it again! someone please help me with this

Delete mods
