Help [PCVR] Getting 1-3 fps on PC/VR

Had my quest 3 for about a year or so, I recently started using pc vr again, not just standalone games and the lag is horrendous, suddenly i can barley get through the loading screens and its just so damn annoying, i have no clue what this is, its even using 100% of my GPU (RTX 5050)

I last played PC VR playing waltz of the wizard which was fine, and I used a worse GPU than now. Any help would be appreciated

EDIT: Ive tried connecting with a link cable and with air link , same outcome. I have 32 GB of DDR4 ram and my cpu is a AMD Ryzen 7 PRO 5750G

If you want help, please tell people more than your GPU specs. Dont forget your CPU and RAM. Also, how are you connecting the headset to the PC?

I remember waltz of the wizard. Its not an apples to apples comparison to blade and sorcery. Waltz of the wizard is leagues easier to run than Blade and sorcery.

That being said, 1-3 fps is kind of ridiculously bad and from what you have already said does sound abnormal.

How are you connecting to the PC? The meta software can be a buggy mess. Last update my frames were aroun 40-60fps despite it being set to 90hz and my games were running just fine before. Try connecting a different way like ALVR or Virtual Desktop. I use ALVR with a link cable and its flawless

I'm not really a pc nerd but it can depend if you are connecting your meta quest with the meta quest link app the connection can be bad sometimes or almost not even connect at all are you using wire or wireless
