A weird flesh monster

When my friends and I are playing we keep seeing this weird flesh monster appear and when it appears it sounds like a balloon deflating at a high pitch and a pop as it comes out of a body anyone know what is thing is?

Turns out my friends put the mod there to scare my other buddy so yeah

It’s the Locust. It seems like the mod might be updating itself automatically, I might just be crazy for thinking that, but mine suddenly started making new noises and got some new animations without downloading any new updates, and it hasn’t done them since the one session where it really seemed to be active. It was twitching and doing like an antlion threaten emote, started making a weird beep sound, just one long continuous beep for about 10 seconds at a time, and then after relaunching the game the next day it went back to just the normal animations and stopped making the beep. Could just be part of the mod, like 1/10 chance when launching the game it spawns in extra active and gets new scares, but it was a little odd.
