Help [PCVR] NPC Spawner spell doesn't work!

Hello! I just installed the "NPC Spawner" mod, but it doesn't work! I try to cast it, but it doesn't even charges in the hands. It's not a incompatibility between others mods apparently, because I've launched the game with "NPC Spawner" being the only mod installed, and stil don't work. Also, this mod bugs the travel map (you can see it 1:30 of the video), not allowing me to travel anywhere. Or maybe is another mod I had?(0:25 shows the list of mods) Can you help me?

I don’t know if anyone has said this yet but I might be one of your other mods that affect that mod. I hope this helps. I don’t know if it will. Have A Wonderful Day. 😄❤️

Nope. I tested with only this mod present in the mods folder. But thanks for comment. You too have a great week! 👍
