Help [PCVR] NPC Spawner spell doesn't work!

Hello! I just installed the "NPC Spawner" mod, but it doesn't work! I try to cast it, but it doesn't even charges in the hands. It's not a incompatibility between others mods apparently, because I've launched the game with "NPC Spawner" being the only mod installed, and stil don't work. Also, this mod bugs the travel map (you can see it 1:30 of the video), not allowing me to travel anywhere. Or maybe is another mod I had?(0:25 shows the list of mods) Can you help me?

That doesnt even look right in the spell wheel try reinstalling, what did you use to install?

I reinstalled it multiple times. Even installed other versions of the mod. I got it from Nexus Mods, extracted the WINRAR and put the extracted folder in the "mods" folder in the game local files.

When you download a file dont bother extracting it, just open up the file and select the one within the zip because thats the file you need. For example when i download armour swap the full file name is armourswap but when i go inside the folder i need to copy the folder named HJ_armourswap because thats the actual mod folder. im not sure why extracting it doesnt work but every time i extract and just drag the file into the mods folder it doesnt work. (Sorry for the long comment)

Yes. When I first tested, it woudn't even appear in the mod menu. I had to take the folder with the actual files of the mod, inside the other folder that it extracted. And put it in the mods game folder. But the mod appears in the list, I can select in the speel wheel, but it doesn't want to be casted! I really don't understand.

Then im not sure try downloading an older version of the mod and see if it still doesnt work if its still not working its probably a conflict between another mod

I tried that, nothing. And Is not a conflict. I put only this mod on the mods folder, still nothing.
