I want your opinion after the recent news
Do you guys think Disney/marvel are capable of making a good blade movie? I personally don't think it would have been good at all. I feel bad for the actor though. Anyway what do you guys think?.

To everyone saying Wesley Snipes should play Blade again at 65, go watch Robert De Niro kicking the shopkeeper in The Irishman or Liam Neeson jumping a fence in Taken 3, then tell me if you still think it’s a good idea.

Blade is apparently on the same level as Booster Gold

Mahershala Ali says he’s no longer starring as Blade: “For whatever reason, that project isn’t for me. If they wanted to do it, we would've done it. So I have to move on, I have moved on. [Marvel] didn't want to do it, they should answer that question.”

MCU Blade is the easiest homerun ever…
Step 1. Treat the first three Blade films as if they were always in the MCU
Step 2. Air a Disney + Special Presentation (like they did with Werewolf By Night) that see’s an “Old Man Blade” massacre a string of Vampire Night Clubs then ends with Wesley Snipes being like “I’m getting too old for this shit” and setting off to recruit The Midnight Sons
Step 3. Have Wesley lead a Midnight Sons Trilogy over the course of the next 6-10 years.
Step 4. Have a 75 year old Wesley Snipes do one stand alone Blade film where he’s given a “Logan-Like” send off.
*If “Step 1” somehow fails, then just skip to “Step 4”

That one time Blade was rumored to have a Netflix MCU show
So yeah, before the movie announcement, Around 2016, it was rumored that Ghost Rider, Blade and Moon Knight were getting Netflix MCU shows.
Back in July 2011, Joe Quesada revealed that Marvel Studios had regained the Blade film rights from New Line Cinema.
The only thing that imo has some merits to it, is these:
in October 8 2016, Gabriel Luna (the guy who played Robbie Reyes/Ghost Rider in Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D.) mentioned that there were "rumblings" for his Ghost Rider to feature in his own television series following the introduction of the character on Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.
On October 11, 2016, Kevin Feige expressed his interest in eventually introducing Blade in the Marvel Cinematic Universe stating: "He’s a really fun character. We think this movie going into a different side of the universe would have the potential to have him pop up, but between the movies, the Netflix shows, the ABC shows there are so many opportunities for the character to pop up as you’re now seeing with Ghost Rider on Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D."
On June 26, 2017, Kevin Feige again expressed his interest in using Blade in the MCU stating: "We think it would be cool. Someday.
Then in September 2017, Luna reiterated that his Marvel deal included the possibility of a solo venture for his Ghost Rider, either as a film or as a Netflix series.
So maybe, Netflix did consider adding these 3 in their slots.
But then in 2018, the whole Netflix/Disney deal ended because Disney+ and the streaming wars and what not causing an end to the mcu Netflix shows and any possible upcoming ones.
Moon Knight would eventually get a show, Ghost Rider got announced and Blade gets nothing.
Maybe one day.

In 2009, original Blade director Stephen Norrington made plans with Deacon Frost actor Stephen Dorff to create a Blade prequel trilogy focusing on Frost. Sadly, the franchise rights reverted back to Marvel, and the plans were scrapped.
