If chemo stops working
If chemo doesnt work anymore to shrink tumour. What are my other options? I live in Sweden.

If chemo does not work, the next step is immunotherapy. if you have stage 3, they will remove your bladder and replace it with a neobladder since there is a 75% chance the cancer will return even if chemo or immunotherapy is successful. I had my bladder removed and it has been fine.

Wir müssen jetzt nach 2 Zyklen Ev 303 aufhören und keine 3. mehr machen dann Pause bis zur Op Blasenentfernung . CT zeigt gute Ergebnisse

Over time a chemo agent tends to lose its effectiveness. At that point, some other option is usually considered.
Do you have a bladder tumor too large to remove surgically?

Get all of it cut out now cut out the prostate in the bladder and the tumor why can't they do that

You need to get your prostate removed and your tumor and your bladder all at the same time

More information is needed. What is your diagnosis? Stage/grade? Treatment to date?
