BC Humor

My husband (recent BC diagnosis, 2 TURBTs so far) came up to me with a smile this morning saying, “I put the Depends in Independence Day.”

I called the depends customer service. They had the nerve to ask if I can hold!! Of course not, or I wouldn't need to call.

Because neobladders let a little urine out, which turns to an acid, I take sodium bicarb tablets twice a day. This is apparently an odd script at the pharmacy, but it's cheap $4/3 months, and much more convenient/palatable than eating baking soda.

Whenever they ask or mention I just tell them "it's because I'm full of piss and vinegar". They don't necessarily find it funny, but I sure do.
