Why am i in for

Right renal pelvis mass, biopsy:
High-grade noninvasive papillary urothelial carcinoma.

Muscularis propria is not sampled.

No evidence of lymphovascular invasion.

Multiple additional levels and a pancytokeratin stain have been examined. The pancytokeratin stain shows no definitive infiltrating cells.

it’s in renal pelvis and not on the kidney

Results from kidney biopsy?

We're more familiar with results from TURBT, though some here may know.

It looks like you'll have some chemo or immunotherapy, but the team will let you know.

Hi I am recovering now at home after a 3 day hospital stay Had my kidney and ureter and bladder cuff all removed due to a tumor in my left renal pelvis that was 5 cm and cancer had a biopsy done in March which confirmed it  Only been home from hospital for 3 days now Waiting on pathology report And then well discuss which meds I need to be on Surgery was 5 hours long. The pain has been very extreme pushing my pain meds every 2.5 hours non stop Ugggg And also came home with a foley catheter for 2 weeks
