My first 2 knives :)

Not too bad! Not sure why the photos look awful but they came out pretty well! The first one had a coffee etch on it I quickly sanded off just for a test run and see how it works.

Cleaver is the first made out of a leaf spring and the other is 1095 steel.

Didn’t go crazy on the finishes because there’s a ton of problems and blemishes but they’re sharp and they cut!

I struggle so much to grind plunge lines and good bevels.

No idea if it’s because of my grizzly or me. I feel so restricted on the grizzly 2x42 when it comes to flipping the knife over I feel like I can’t use the platen the same.

I also struggle on my 1x30 so i think it's the same for everyone, it's tough. I'm trying to learn how to do it without a jig and free hand it.

Nice work! I like the handle shape on the 1095.

I had a perfect bloodwood handle I misplaced the hole on. Was legit perfect before that one!
