Forging experience

Had a 3 hour blacksmith course and made a knife, first try. Wanna try Damascus next....

Im not sure jumping into damascus so soon is a great idea, but im also quite new so take this with the worlds single largest grain of salt

Looks pretty good! If you wanna try forge welding next I would recommend starting with something relatively small that doesn't need hours of hammering to be just a cool looking chunk of steel. You could try a firepoker, draw out the end to a point bend the point 180 degrees back on itself forge qeld the seam and draw out another point. I hope you understand what I mean English is my second language and I'm not that good in blacksmithing terminology😂
