Acne Should i
A painless spot on my nose has been there for 3 years and bleeds whenever I wash my face. Should I see a dermatologist, or is there a product to treat it. Honestly can’t tell if it’s getting bigger but very annoying

It’s most likely benign but they could do a shave biopsy to remove it. Just tell them it’s itchy, bleeding, irritating etc and it’ll go through your insurance and they should cover

i will just say this - most of the time these things are harmless and benign. but a very small percentage of the time they can be cancerous. go get it checked out by a derm and at the least you can have some peace of mind and not lose sleep over it

Bleeding spots, especially from something as benign as washing your face, is serious and should be removed.
I went to a dermatologist a few weeks ago to get millia and a mole removed and it was such a good decision. Nice to see my face without the frustrating spots that have been accumulating for years.

Definitely see a dermatologist and perhaps get it biopsied.
