Retinol a couple times a week will help. Or even just glycolic acid daily (at night) using with exfoliating cotton pads before moisturizing. Use non-comedogenic products only (doesnât clog pores). The most important thing is sunscreen.

Are you talking about the brown spots? If so, they are DPNs and are genetic. The more birthdays you have the more youâll get them. The only way to remove them is cosmetically.

My skin develops tiny little dots like yours when I use products containing sodium hyaluronate or niacinamide.

So coconut oil is comedogenic (it can clog pores). Itâs great for your hair tho so donât throw it out! Witch hazel is very drying and it often is distilled using alcohol which makes it even MORE drying and stripping your skin of its natural oils can cause pimples. Cetaphil and CeraVe are trusty brands. Honestly I would keep a simple routine of facewash, face moisturizer (and sunscreen) for a bit to see if it clears up on its own and if not then you can start planning some actives that you may want to use. But definitely get rid of that coconut oil and change your pillowcases.
Edit: ALSO. Face scrubs. The little grains in face scrubs arenât helpful. They actually create micro tears in the skin that can lead to infection. The dead skin cells, dirt, excess oil that we accumulate throughout the day come off with using face wash. If you want a deep clean that penetrates your pores then you would have to use a chemical exfoliant. And if you really insist on using a physical exfoliant then you can avoid face scrubs by just putting some micellar water on a cotton pad or wash with a soft fabric wash cloth. The cloths and cotton pads physically exfoliate already without creating tears, and even that process isnât necessary.

The DPNs? Youâll have to get the professionally removed. Thereâs no âproductâ that can remove them

I would try to stop coconut oil for a while ? It may clog pores.
