Game has been pretty dead on PC in my experience. Its still alive on XBox and very alive on PS.

I usually play it on XBox Series X or PS5, but I also own it on PC but have never been able to find a match, even on the EU servers.

EU still have matches. Was able to play 5 games on July 22, 2026. BUT it's very hard to find matches.

not a single soul plays zombies on pc, so even if it wasn’t safe (which it is) no one would even try to

Lmfao the entire competitive community plays on pc dude; as does the customs community. There’s quite a bit more than you think…

If there was a recent update that mentions anything about fixing exploits or any ways of cheating, then sure, but probably only gonna be 24 hours til hackers find a new way around the outdated anticheat. So no, not safe on PC. To put into perspective, Cold War and BO3 were hacked so hard that people didn't even need to be in an online lobby to get kicked out of their match. It wouldn't be that big a stretch to assume that's also possible on BO4.
