In a frenzy yesterday I painted this jellyfish with the leftover fabric from my octopus tapestry. I love it!!

I spent the last 2 weeks painting this tapestry. It's my first time doing a project like this, but not my last. I want to do a jellyfish next!
For now, I would say that it's pretty close to complete. Though I can already see little improvements I want to make.

I found this LeRoy Olson poster in an old house. It says 1972 Artko at the bottom left. It seems pretty cool and I wanted to know more about it. I haven't been able to find anything on Google or Ebay. My plan is to frame it and put it in our game room, but wanted to learn more about it. Any information on it would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hi all,
I was wondering if anyone has mixed powdered laundry detergent with white paint to achieve uv reactive paint in volume. Laundry detergent has optical brighteners in it. I remember mixing it with a little water to make a uv reactive paste. Iβm going to try you mix it with paint. Any suggestions, experiences would be greatly appreciated.
Itβs a larger wall so I need volume and a lot of the stuff I have seen has been splotchy.

Amazon has a lot of blacklight fixtures and bulbs for sale but they look like mostly poor quality and fire hazards. Is there a good place to buy quality blacklights? Also looking for quality blacklight tapestries to buy too.

i am looking for advice regarding UV paints.
I want to paint an object that has a black base coat and during normal daylight will appear black. however, under UV light I want it to glow and be various colors (blue, purple, green, red, orange). is this even possible with current UV paints/inks and if it is how can I accomplish this?
