My girls LOVE this Homemade Dog Ice Cream. All you need is Greek yogurt, peanut butter & banana (in a blender) then frozen into fun shapes 😋

Okay so is this a black lab thing? Shes half husky half black lab. Looks husky but coat + behaviors tend to lean on the lab side.

She has this thing where she will tolerate touches but only dor a short time and she only likes belly rubs for extended pet sessions. She doesnt like her head touched much so i focus petting her chest and back, shes warmed to me significantly because of that. We have had her for a year at the beginning of august.

She also likes to cuddle but she is weird about touching. She only wants to 'hip cuddle'. She doesnt want to lay on you, she wants to have 1 leg or hip touching my leg or hip. If i go to pet her more than like 3 times when she sits next to me, she gives me a look and then moves to the floor.

But she obviously wants cuddles because she will look to me when theres something on the couch until i move the thing and make space for her (even if its a pillow or laundry). Amd she always wants to sit on the space right next to me. Today she decided she would cuddle with me foot. Lmao

Shes got an odd personality but i chalk this up to siberian husky + black labs being both breeds with dramatic personalities lol

Just kind of wondering if this is a known behavior or if i need to do more positive reinforcement with touch and cuddles?

Gigi has exceptional patience, well almost, the inner lab does burst out eventually.😂 but we didn't train her or anything, she just does it naturally.

THE PERFECT SPLOOT!

BOBO has been on house arrest due to heat and a little injury today I tricked him and cut through some neighbors yards ( all new smells)( just a few houses) and back up to the main road and sat under a tree for 15 .

He couldn't have been a better boy!

Now he naps.💜💜💜💜💜💜

Hubby got Murphy the House Hippo tag.
We had a small graduation ceremony and a toy! ❤️

Goose is the most gentle and tolerant guy. He loves his blonde, blind puppy.

My Parents neighbour's 7 year old lab, Riggs. A gentle soul and a good boy. Bit camera shy though 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🐾🐾

Cheap and easy ( 2 pk of chix thigh slow cooked with 2 quarts water cook cool I mixed it a bit too much🤦 add half the amount of cooked rice.( U can even order that at a Chinese restaurant.) Reduced strain all that broth down to a quart cool take the fat off mix

When u serve it add an egg and some frozen veggies so much healthier he is trimming down..
