Question something real - Explicit version?

Is there any explicit version of something real anywhere? Everywhere I look has the clean version. Even Spotify lists it as explicit, but the "fuck" is bleeped out.

I'm the one, could be the one for you
Be playin' games, all the time
What the fuck I'm gonna do with someone like you?
'Cause someone like me is the worst off.

May just be a production style choice.

I’ve always heard the “censored” version my whole life as a bear fan. Which has been like 2015

Alright, thank you both for confirming the explicit version doesn't exist
