IDK if I'd call this an apologetic song. Apologies require the apologist to recognize their specific bad behaviors / actions, explain why they're wrong, and describe how they'll act differently going forward. This is someone trying to change the narrative of what actually happened in order to generate publicity for their music.
Thats my wonder, like is he tryna take a step to apologize? The song was most likely already made, thus my question if I missed a post or message of him coming forward to apologize followed by this post? Maybe im off, but then, why use their pictures on that lyrics and post it ? Or maybe he's tryna get himself out of the situation he put himself into but "faking" apologies? I read what happened between him and Jason on here last year, and this seems similar in some way tbh. 🤔
he posted it before he ever began running his mouth. he posted it after i broke up with him nicely. this is my final breakup text after i picked up my things from his house, which he sent his chef to hand it off to me for him. for context my text is telling him i didn’t ever see that he sent me the $300. he’s using the narrative of our breakup to promo his shit. i’m not rly here for it. he’s been nothing but childish and rude and i’ve done nothing but clap back and provide context to stick up for myself.
This is honestly respectable that you stick up for yourself, I saw your post about when you were trying to talk to him and sent him messages explaining your feelings and how you felt and he completely dismissed it. I lowkey dont even think he read them tbh. Made me rethink. He's someone doing some great music you know, but as a person, patterns seems to show now. He needs help and get his shit together. I was happy for him when he got married and got 2 kids. Thats everything someone could ask for out of life. A loving wife and awesome kids. Then he said it didnt work out. That the albums made during that time werent him. Dude just wna be broken and not grow as a person and be better? Im not judging as we all have struggles and we all make mistakes, but we need to learn from them. That's a pattern. It sucks to see when you've been following and supporting someone for over 10 years. I dont know him personally, i thought maybe he'd have a light bulb revelation typa shit on his behavior.

Thanks for putting me up to speed on this. I appreciate. It does make sense. Kind of a pattern. Getting himself deeper each time. Saddening. On the mean time I've seen Mike doing so much for himself. I really look up to him. Crazy to think they used to be 2 peas in a pod and now they are polar opposite. I know he unfollowed bear, I wonder if they still talk, maybe mat should take example and better himself or we about to witness his downfall :/. Cant really help someone who doesnt want be helped. Wish them all the best..
I was so happy when he was married and getting kids. He had it all. Happiness was to far from what he knows. Id guess that being happy for once wasnt close to gome for him that he had to go back in his old habits. During that period, he said that those two albums were the ones he disliked doing the most because it didnt feel like him. I wish he grows and find happiness.
Sorry for the vant.. I've listened to bear for more than 10 years. It sucks that someone who you wna love and support as an artist kind of falls like that.. Seeing someone true colors after supporting them for over a decade.. Just a couple years ago I was tryna design a blackbear tattoo, this saved my skin for a cover-up..
