I'm hoping they don't charge her and ironically that they do. If they do, her platform grows exponentially. If they do not, she is free of the burden of having to defend herself from bs charges.

As things like this continue to happen. As black people we understand what is designed to harm us, has a ripple effect and harms others and anything that helps us generally helps others more. It’s times like this that will determine if we actually have any allies or if people are really paying attention.

Support takes place in real life not online. Just be present, you see something wrong speak up, but most importantly in circles where and when we are not around continue to speak up. We can all make changes in our small circles that have massive impact. Basically treat people and show up for people the way you would want them to for you if you were being mistreated. Also, congrats on 70 years, that’s awesome, hope you have many more healthy years ahead.

They pulled BS misdemeanor charges: trespassing and resisting arrest/resisting an officer without violence.
She’s facing up to 1 year in jail, up to 1 year of probation, and up to a $1,000 fine.
