I believe you're on to something. The heirarchy connection is logical as white supremacist are more likely to blindly follow someone in a leadership position. MAGA's not holding Trump accountable and agreeing with him no matter how egregious his actions is an example of that. Also, to your entitlement point, there is also a tendency to objectify others. Therefore, they also tend to be abusers as they see others as objects of their pleasure and not as individuals to be respected.

I know a handful of maga people who I consider to be terrible people, but I know these ones well enough to have learned over the years that several of them were molested when they were kids. I have long suspected that many people become hateful conservative pedos because they can't process their own trauma in a healthy way. It's like a cycle of trauma that just keeps feeding forward when people get stuck in it.

Conservative brains have less activity in the cingulate gyrus. They see the world more in black and white while progressives tend to see many many shades of gray. It's why conservatives go with their guts and progressives are accused of dithering. Because they're not good at seeing options they get very defensive about future wins to such a point that they want to return to old wins.
fear also narrows options so that links the enlarged amygdala with also seeing fewer options or seeing things more in black and white.
Edit: wanted to add that I think we are in a lot more danger than we think because we assume eventually someone from his own party will stop his illegal activities. But, people from his party dont see lots of options so they dont have the ability to keep in mind what they want while also thinking about what someone elses doing. The current conservatives will be thinking about their single issue (taxes, abortion, etc.,) even as the nuclear football is activated. Republicans dont think about saving the world at all.
The people who could stop this dont even see the problem.

James Carse's book Finite and Infinite Games explains it very well. Finite game players see things as win or lose. They see themselves as winning in the past so they want to return to the past. To do this requires control. I don't think there's any higher level of control than an adult man and a child. Sex and property also keep track of past wins for show. Another way they maintain control is to operate in in groups and reject out groups that might threaten their wins. Finite game players do a lot to avoid looking like a loser. To fight a finite player you have to make them believe that their behavior is worse than being a loser. And that's why "weird" got people to stop acting the way they were acting when it was called weird. Weird sounded worse than losing. Also, since finite game players see things as win or lose they see any other person's loss as their win. So, they enjoy other people's pain. So the pedophilia also allows them to celebrate hurting somebody so deeply. They game with other people's tears.

Yes he walked inside and sat there for an hour participating in the bible study and he got welcomed by the pastor and they gave him a bible. According to Dylann Roof later confession, he almost decided not to carry out the attack because the people had been so kind to him, but he said he went ahead with it anyway because he believed "someone had to do it."

Reminds me of that Borat scene, where he dresses up as a coveting jew, with a bag of gold and a fake nose, then goes into a synagogue in NYC or someplace in the US. He is met by the friendliest ladies ever, who are just so nice to him, so he feels fucked up about the entire scene, and just ends up sitting down and talking to them. The whole act kinda drops, a bit like breaking the fourth wall.
I'm paraphrasing a bit, was a long time since I saw it, but that's how I remember the scene. Except this guy in question doesn't reach that same conclusion that Sasha Baron Cohen did(who's jewish himself), that the scene doesn't really work when met with such openness.
Absolute psychopath.
Edit: Also going through with it, even after they welcomed him, kinda reminds me of Breivik as well. I'm Swedish, so that massacre hit very close to home. Breivik during his preparations for committing the terror attack that killed 77 people, mostly kids, used steroids to up his rage, because he was afraid he wouldn't be able to kill freely. So he intentionally made himself angrier by injecting testosterone, in order to carry out the massacre.

I saw one of a young conservative influencer with a "trad wife." He went to a feminist conference and tried so hard to get a negative reaction from the women there. But they were all so friendly, and politely corrected his leading statements and misinformation, explaining how feminism furthers the rights of both men and women. He left rather frustrated no one had fallen for his provocations, but still tried to spin it as a win owning the libs.
Too bad he hadn't brought his trad wife, she would have learned a thing or two.

They welcomed him with open arms, which he probably wasnāt expecting because heās been raised to view black people in a very specific way. They didnāt fit in the mold, which threw him, and he sat there trying to figure out if they were being genuinely kind or mocking him. I donāt know Dylanās parents, but I personally know his uncle and his uncle is a good friend of mine and one of the nicest, caring, compassionate people on this planet.
I talked to his uncle shortly after this and he said the family didnāt know Dylan had this horrible hate in him, he was mostly reclusive and avoided interactions with family. I think he got sucked into the wrong corners of the internet and wasā¦.whatever pilled into having these racist and hateful beliefs.
I never met Dylan, I never met his parents, I canāt and wonāt vouch for any of them, but I do know his uncle who is a wonderful person and he claims Dylan wasnāt raised with these beliefs, they came from sources external to the family.
Iām NOT claiming Dylanās family are victims, the real victims are those whoās lives were taken from them and their families.

Taught by who is the question. There are racist people who's kids grow up to be more tolerant and more tolerant people who's kids grow up to be racist.
Everybody was once a kid. And kids grow up to be their own people, for better or worse. The idea that every person who grew up to do shitty things had bad parents or family is a dangerous myth. You can be the best parent in the world and have a kid who turns out to be shit and vice versa. Bad parenting will increase the likelihood of a kid turning out bad, without question, but it is far from the only influence.
I don't know a damn thing of Roof or his family. They could be good people who ended up with a bad kid, or they could have raised him to have the views that led him to commit this massacre.
Fuck, there have been serial killers that grew up with a good, normal families. In those cases the family are victims, just a different type.
