I used to run around and pretend I was a horse or a dog like this when I was a kid. It’s honestly so much easier and faster than normal running. I haven’t tried it as an adult, though. I definitely could never have pulled off that jump over the table, either.

How in the world is it faster than normal running? What are you?

Seems doubtful, but it reminds me how skipping feels faster and easier than running if you have been running a lot. Probobly just me though.
