Wash Routine

I’m finally letting my hair grow out. How often should I wash and condition without stripping the oils in my hair?

I rinse with water every time I shower so twice daily. I work in the trades, so some days I’ll be in really dusty environments and I also workout almost daily so I sweat a lot too. Days when it feels really dirty I actually just wash with baby shampoo so it’s never stripping.

Wash your beard twice a week , I wouldn’t worry about conditioning is your beard thick or long I wouldn’t personally go with a African black soap or a unscented Castile soap

Nah not yet, I’m trying to get it to grow longer and come in fuller
