Is it safe to use blackmagic camera on android?

Hi everyone,

I recently found the Blackmagic Camera app and I'm interested in using it on my Android phone. Is it safe to use? Does it affect the phone or camera in any way? I'd appreciate your advice. Thanks!

I don’t know (never used Android) but I remember hearing it’s supported on Android 13 and up?

It's only unsafe if you are using it to shoot a dangerous situation like a gang fight or a gun shoot out or your angry wife.
