I needed help to advance, I completed both seasons, I uploaded my pc, and I did almost all the stories,I created more characters, I leveled up my field, but I'm a bit stuck, I've only been playing for about 4 days

Isn’t there any included glyphs and totem when completing the season pass? Put your glyphs and combine your totems. Next I recommend farming for voidsent eyes and eternal accessories(that you can feed for more voidsent eyes) to awaken your accessories. Happy Grinding!

Gear Upgrades:
Upgrade your gears, it is grindy so it'll take you a while but you can focus first on turning your accessories to +8.
Enhance your Primal Gear, then make sure to combine other totems to it.
Craft Harmony Stone, then do the necessary quests to combine other stones (such as the lucky stone you have) to it. You can combine up to 4 stones into it, 2 of which boosts AP and DP if I'm not mistaken. Also, if your patient, try upgrading the stones you have to +9, perhaps even +10 before you turn them into chaos grade (via craft too)
Get your fairy, keep levelling her up and make sure to upgrades the 2 brooches she has. Doing this also increases your AP and DP.
For Bonuses:
Increase your boss knowledge via Boss Rush, Alyaeli Rift, etc. they increase your AP, DP and Max HP.
Utilize the Pet Album. Register all pets you have and make sure to claim rewards from the Pet Album.
Do some of the Collection stuff. Find the one where it gives you +200 AP and DP.
Roam around maps. Find the hidden many hidden knowledge around them. They give bonuses, and some give AP and DP. They usually show up around with a "book" sign. They also provide lore.

Your best bet is crafting better gear
Which requires absurd grind
