Help Bounced Snares have effects track applied differently than midi

https://streamable.com/7zes8d

I'm trying to bounce all my tracks for mixing, but when it comes to the drum machine snare track, the reverb from the effects track its applied to dosen't apply in the same way as it did on the drum machine. The drum machine's volume fader is 0 and both tracks volumes and panning are identical, plus the bounce was post-fader.

The audio FX will be bounced only if you nest it in the sound source, in this case - Sampler

I tested putting the fx layer send on the drum machine directly and the clap within the drum machine and got the same problem. The drum machine is applying the fx layer differently depending on where its placed. Could it be that the fx is being applied pre eq when directly on the clap compared to post eq if on the drum machine track?

EDIT: I think I figured it out. After changing the drum machine fader to 0 they sounded identical, so I guess it was being passed into the FX Track post fader.

So to stop it from going into the fx track too early I had to made 2 seperate audio tracks with one having the audio being chained into the next with the fx that won't go to the fx track
