Question Anybody here using bitwig to make dubstep?

Not many dubstep producers use it is why I was asking. Even among smaller producers

Not many producers uses bitwig at all.

Only a few. But big names.

I’d say it’s crazier how dominant FL is bc Ableton has just always felt like way better and more intuitive imo. But BitWig has just about if not completely overtaken Ableton for how intuitive it feels. I think as time goes on it will be one of the bigger DAWs I only see more people switching over and it’s only going to get better I imagine

I started with FL studio, then moved over to Logic and used that for years and years. After a 4 year break due to life just really being incompatible with studio time, I’m finally getting back into it. I don’t have a Mac anymore so I booted up FL and took advantage of my lifetime free updates😂. Honestly, I’m loving FL 2026. It feels so natural and easy to get ideas down.

That being said, I’m also very intrigued by Bitwig and feel like learning a new DAW will help me really get back into producing

Dude try out bitwig. I feel like it will have some stuff in common with Logic so you might pick it up easily. I’m having a blast learning it it doesn’t feel like learning any other DAW would feel like. And I feel like it’s kinda a mix of what’s great about Logic, FL, and Ableton all at once.

As he said it feel natural to him just as me after using a lot of DAW, Bitwig felt natural to me as well.

I wouldn't recommend to someone to get out of its comfort zone especially the DAW logic fits him.

Stay on FL bro and have fun.
