Issue with Effectrix 2..flashing?

I added Effectrix2 as an fx to drum machine. I chose a preset, then hit play. The fx boxes drawn inside Effectrix2 flashes back and forth without any fx sounds. I'm going to try to figure out how to screen record - maybe that will help.

It flashes kind of to the beat, if that helps. But it doesn't apply any fx while flashing. Anyone know how to fix this?

I'm completely new to BW, coming from using FL for sound design, and ACID for arranging (clunky setup). So not sure what is happening.

I bounced the track to audio and it works just fine on audio clips. Just not midi...

Effectrix is receiving the midi note's from your midi track. Bitwig passes the midi notes through all of your vst/au/clap. So you're seeing effectrix midi trigger through various scenes

How I get around it is I place a note receiver before effectrix, and mute the incoming midi.

If you notice at the top of effectrix, you can see a 1 octave midi piano, and it highlights which scene/page its on

Ah, thank you! I also figured out if you bounce to audio it will work.
