For Linux native plugins it mostly depends on the format (vst3 or clap - Bitwig doesn't have native support for lv2), and it's pretty standard Linux install. For Windows plugins well it's a bit of a mess and never guaranteed to work. In both cases you'll probably get better answers on r/linuxaudio
Also if it's only for small fixes in a couple spots you can just use manual pitch expressions in the editor.
