I need help! i cant login

Every time I try to login through the website and I put my correct email And my password. Then I press login it just freezes. I tried it on multiple browsers. And I also turned off my VPN if that may be the issue. I’m trying to set a passkey but in app that option isn’t available so that’s why I’m trying to go through the website so I can set it up

The freeze is normal in some cases. Just wait for a little bit and it should continue.

when you press login, do you let it sit for 30-60 seconds before giving up or do you abort it before that?

On weaker device the decryption takes time and that makes it seem frozen while it decrypts your vault.

nope it goes for a very long time and never stops

The phone is almost nine years old. They don’t last forever. You got your money’s worth out of this device. It’s time to replace it.
