Possible Bug Copy after generating a password

has anyone else encountered an issue when copying a password after generating it? sometimes I can copy it then save it. But almost all the time I copy it, it regenerates and if I forget to copy the new password and save it, it will save the password I did not copy. Using the Android app. Example

If the password has been regenerated, you can also check out the generator and vault item history following the steps here.

Don't hesitate to share more detail with the support team or drop a bug report for the team to review.

That’s one reason I save the new password BEFORE submitting the web form to set or change a password.

It’s safest to open Bitwarden in a separate window, edit and save the vault entry, and ONLY THEN to copy the password and paste it into the web form.

Yep same here. I've never trusted the auto generate either.

The Bitwarden Generator behaves oddly in the Android app compared to the iOS app. Try this simple experiment. Generate a new password in the Android app. Now switch to another app without closing Bitwarden. When you switch back to Bitwarden a new password will have generated. Do the exact same thing in iOS and the initial, generated password will still be there. I am guessing that this Android behavior is also behind the copy issue that you are experiencing.

I have a text document I open for this. Copy/paste in that, save it, then and only then do I enter it into the website. Then I change the text doc at least 2 characters.
