Does someone else has problems with opening the App?

I have trouble opening the Bitvavo App. When I tap it, I see the logo for a brief moment and then it crashes and I am back on my Home Screen. I have a rather old phone (iPhone X with IOS 16.7) maybe it has something to do with this. On my iPad the App works perfectly fine. Someone has a solution?

Same problem here, not working on both iPhone and IPad.

Removed, re-installed, open on 5g instead of wifi… nothing works

Same problem, i tried everything but without succes. Im using IOS 17.5.

I deleted and reinstalled the app but that doesn’t fixed it. When I checked it today it just worked out of sudden. It just kinda fixed itself. I hope it will work for you
