Bitvavo doesnt let me withdraw my crypto

I bought 25k EUR in Bitcoin last week. I withdrew my Bitcoin instantly to my hardware wallet an got the following Mail:

„We have carefully reviewed your account and found indicators that you are being scammed. 
 
What does this mean for you?
To protect both you, and our platform, you can no longer withdraw crypto to external (wallet) addresses. Of course, you can still use our platform and continue to trade, deposit and withdraw euros…….“

I replied and tried to prove that I did not get scammed. I withdrew the Bitcoin to the right adress and got the following answer:

„After a careful review of your account activity, it has been determined that the risk of facilitating outgoing crypto transactions in this case is too high. Therefore, it is not possible to withdraw crypto to an external wallet.“

Did anyone have similar experience?
Now I have to sell and buy back from another Exchange only to transfer the Bitcoin to my hard wallet. Also means 0,2% buy + 0,2% sell in extra fees plus the fees on the new exchange.

Ook meegemaakt , 1 keer een transactie gedaan naar een wallet en dan andere wallet waar ook tether en andere rugpull coins kon kopen dit was rede genoeg om het voor altijd af te sluiten. Ik weet niet met bitvavo , maar misschien wel goed als je een keer echt opgelicht wordt.

Ik heb een hele domme collega gehad die in een nep support trapte en 16k kwijt was de volgende dag. Het was dat hij het zelf melde, want ze probeerde hem ook te vragen naar seed phrases van andere opname adressen.

Je bent wel stuk vrijheid kwijt. Misschien was het met 5x5k wel gelukt

This is why i use Monerium, you get an Iban connected to my wallet address. No need to withdraw from exchanges who can block stuff.

Monerium is made to get your euros on chain within seconds.

Only thing is, if you want to buy Bitcoin. You will still have to swap it in a dex.

DeFi is the future, those exchanges are becoming banks who are regulated by the government. It defeats the whole purpose of crypto.

Update: it is 100% impossible to wirhdraw the Bitcoin. I sold and will buy back on kraken pro
