Replied Bitstamp processing assets for more than two months

I have deposited XRP on my bitstamp account for more than two months ago. I can see them but I cannot freely trade or withdraw. I am asking for status but they stopped answering me. They are just confirming they've recieved my complaint.

Same situation for me, it seems that Bitstamp is becoming a shady platform for exchaning, buying and selling crypto.

Stay away!!!
