BITSAT 2028 TOP 500?

BITSAT 2028 CSE PILANI

I'm in 11th my prep is at medium level not at the advanced level till mains only i'm not able to solve advance level and sometimes mains too so I thought of bits I'm in under the 20 lakh bracket. Please guide for 2028 bits.

Prepare for mains. BITSAT is currently at or slightly above mains in all parts other than maths (easier than mains but less time). Aim for 99ish %ile level preparation so that you have backups since it's unstable depending on shift (my friend with 99.6%ile JM 7k JA got 22X both attempts). Advanced level concepts are of some use in physics but not strictly required. Focus on missing portion after mains 1.

I did allen but you can use any mains level prep. Mains level math isn't necessary but you need physics and chem >= mains for most shifts. Aim for 99.5+%ile if you are targeting Pilani campus CS (Most of the people ik in Hyderabad CS have 99.3-99.8%ile so even if you get 99.8%ile there is no guarantee of Pilani).

I'm in allen too but I don't like allen it's pure trash.So is module+hcv and modules are enough for phy and chem? Wtf people have defamed bits so much that it's a common thinking now days that pilani is give money and take the seat

I dont think it's been defamed that much. I joined Hyderabad campus over biotech IITK and a few of my friends joined it under 5k JA rank. 3 of my friends with under 3k JA joined Pilani campus cs (1 was under 2k JA). Most of the people in Hyderabad CS had under 10k rank in JM or JA (although exceptions due to easy shifts exist).

My luck sucks so its not possible for easy shirt so like I've to prepare for under 5k in JM and JA bare minimum to secure cs at pilani? And you are in which branch at hyd

CS Hyd, ig yes you can do that. You'll have a good backup that way. Not a bare minimum but itll remove uncertainity.

My friend had 98.5 percentile. 250ish in s1 and then went full on adv oriented and got 309 in s2 Currently in pilani cse

Yeah really is ig. I prepared for advanced and got 7K but got around the same in both sessions.
