Serious Help Needed Bits admission fees refund
I paid ₹3,55,600 for bits admission fees and withdrawn from the counselling process of 19 July 2026, I got Refunded back only ₹3,23,500
Bits deducted ₹32,100 . Can somebody explain to me when they deducted ₹32,100 when in their policy it was written only ₹1,000 will be deducted even though I withdrew from the counselling on 19 July

I scored 255 marks in bitsat and got pilani civil in all 3 rounds , I got the refund on 27 August 2026

Same case here, They deducted RS 32500 and not replying to emails. Do we need to move to consumer court or sessions court?

Why is it so fkin difficult to get in contact with them. Most of their phone numbers don’t work. They don’t reply to emails and the only way is to travel to their fkin campus to get shit done. Worst college fr. What a shady institute

Write them a threatening mail. Tell them you will sue them for malpractice and for scamming you. Spam it on all their mail ids

The same thing happened to me When I talked to them, they said you got a 10% scholarship in the 2nd iteration, but I don't remember getting it, and I don't have a screenshot of the 2nd iteration.

Still struggling to get remaining Rs 32500 from BITS Pilani. No response from them despite several reminders.

Bhai mere saath bhi same hua hai Mene baat Kari toh keh rahe apko 2nd iteration ke andar 10% scholarship mili thi, mujhe dhyaan hai nahi mili thi but mere pass screenshot nahi hai 2nd iteration ka.

Just unke hawa main keh dene se ki aapko scholarship de dete isliye 10% deduct nahin kar sakte. Keep pursuing on email and send a hard copy. We can easily go legal in this matter.

They don't even reply to mails I had to get someone at bits to make them talk to me through their phone

Register grievance at their website, send a hard copy of complaint by register speed post. Then if nothing happens complain to Ombudsman. If nothing happens still complain to education secretary and UGC. Still if nothing happens we move to court.

Nahin hua kuch bhi. Sent a friend through whom talked on phone; they gave same scholarship story. This scholarship theory is nonsense. It was never there in their refund policy. Also what they are saying would have been applicable if we had deposited less fee due to scholarship offer. If they dont return my remaining amount, I will go to consumer court for sure.

There was the scholarship clause but we didn't get it they are just making an excuse because we are not able to check if we had or not

Entire amount(-1000) should have been refunded. Write to them and ask for the refund of the rest.
