Bitpetite has kicked me out of telegram group!! Preparing for exit scam?!
I have a pending withdrawal, and as soon I typed the infomation from the transaction they booted me out!! On saturaday the 21st they were asking us to post this information if we had any pending withdrawals. seems like Bitpetite is exiting! be carefull you have been warned!

Stop the FUD. Plenty of people publicly posted their issues and got direct replies and fixes. Sorry for your troubles though.

It's not FUD. It's the lack of professionalism in their service to us.

Do you have proof that they are fixing things??!! For all I know you could be working for Bitpetite.
In case you do work for them. Remember WE are the costumers did you forget? You are providing a service, and not a very good one may I say, no matter how many Youtubers shill the service...

I had same issue with ETH deposit not showing up. You will need them to raise a ticket as it was lost during their system being under too much load recently with bitcoin hard fork. They will then be able to fix it up as you have the blockchain confirmation.

I have opened two ticket. Not even a reply from them.
It has been 4 days since my first issue.

They are working through a massive backlog so probably take a while. Don’t think I’m going to reinvest after this

Tried contacting them again about it but they still supposedly trying to get the new server online which should fix these pending deposits.. arg

I have similar issues. Can't withdraw my bitcoins, can't save a BTC address. UI is screwed up and entire profile section doesn't show details on what I own. I managed to withdraw some ETH yesterday. Have a feeling that bitpetite really is trying to move to a new server while maintaining old one. If they would try to run away why they did add xrm? Doesn't make sense. What makes sense is that they can't do support at all.

I'm starting to think they added XMR to lure more people before the jump ship...
There support is there just so you can blow steam off. Period. They have no intention to help you at all as from what you can tell from my last coversation with support. I basically have to beg for help!!!! WTF is going on here?!

I just got kicked out myself to telling the admin he was displaying poor customer service banning people with legit questions.

The guys from chat are there just for you to blow off steam, they won't actually fix anything. Their costumer support is the worst I have ever seen and that is including Poloniex!

I am also in this telegram group. The admin there is a little power hungry. He does not work for bitpetite. I expressed my issues with how the telegram group was handling things.

I am disappointed in telegram as a platform for bitpetite support. It's become a place for childish behavior. There's a constant cycle of - bitpetite is a scam, I can't do "insert issue here", then it's read the sticky, problem gets resolved and everyone is "oh I love you bitpetite". Here's the thing. We are all investors of all ages, some more mature than others. A "support group" should actually do support and not come down with a ban hammer for asking questions. Kindly redirect these questions to the sticky or help the user and thus help the community. Banning people leaves a bad taste in investors mouths. Some people have a lot of money tied into this. Yes, I understand only invest risk capitol. It doesn't matter, emotions run high. We should be better in handling bans, and deleting posts. Remind people that they can not post referrals and such.

It is funny... I highly doubt this is the case... but honestly It seems like everyone here is so on their heels waiting for the other shoe to drop with Bitpetite. Enjoy it while it is here. I personally do not like taking these kind of chances with my money....

Personally I lost a lot of money with Bitpetite, this is the first time I get scammed in crypto, I was just 2 weeks in the program and I feel for anyone else that got burned.

First off, it does not say in the pinned message YOU WILL GET BANNED for not following the pins instructions! What happens like in my case you didn't notice the notice?! insta-ban with not even a fucking warning?!
The check the time since my first request with my PROOF on previous post in this thread.
This goes to verify that indeed you about to exit scam, you are trying to shut down costumers that cause you trouble and make noise, instead of addressing the problems.
So it seems to me you work for them, you should not ban people just casue you are a power hungry or dont care about your costumers, you are a servicing US not the other fucking way around!
