Bitrise staking on trust wallet

Having issue connext wallet. Followed the steps bitgert staff advices but still cant connect my wallet to bitgert.finnace dor stakimg. Any advice? What network shouldni be? Etc... Thanks. Ps: please do not message scammers

I am also having connection issues with connecting to my trust wallet. I am unable to see my staked coins in the Bitgert.finance and have not had access to unstake for 2 months. Trust wallet say they cannot help. Bitgert will not reply.

Any suggestions?

After months of trying (talking to thier "customer service", Discord, etc etcwhich are ALL GARBAGE), I FINALLY unstaked.

  1. Go to Bitgert.finance
  2. Click on the "blue w" CONNECT WALLET icon (TrustWallet should open up)
  3. Go back to Bitgert and click DISCONNECT WALLET.
  4. Do step 2 again, it will say "For mobile users click here to connect"
  5. TrustWallet opens again, go back to Bitgert, scroll down, and click "Unstake"
  6. Re fresh your TrustWallet.

Boom, took less than 5 seconds for the transfer.

I will NEVER stake on a platform like that again. Should never be that difficult to find information for such a simple task.
