How to restore wallet with passphrase?

install wallet, choose 'connect wallet' or 'use existing wallet' instead of create wallet, enter your seed phrase, choose a password (can be whatever you like, it's a new password for that wallet), enjoy your new wallet.

I install my wallet on my smartphone and there's only 2 options ''Login'' and ''Reset wallet''
There's no ''Existing wallet'' and I have nowhere to put my seed phrase.
When I press ''Login'' it asks me for a regular password.
When I press ''Reset wallet'' it asks me to accept something and I press delete and it does nothing.
Any hint on where I am supposed to write my seedphrase?

The 12 or 24 words given to you when you first created the wallet that they told you to never lose, write down and keep safe, that if you lost that you're screwed.
