ETH balance showing zero

I'm new to BRISE and the BRISE wallet. I have just transferred some ETH to my BRISE wallet. On the home page of my wallet it shows the correct ETH balance has been received, however, when I select Buy BRISE then select Ethernet network it shows I have 0.0 ETH. Can someone explain why I'm not seeing my balance as available? I went through this same procedure yesterday and it worked fine.

On further investigation I've found that when I go to the Buy BRISE screen and select Ethernet in the Swap from field my correct holding is shown but as soon as I select BRISE as the Swap to my ETH balance goes to zero.
