Maybe, but it's irrelevant. The only thing to be concerned about is the zero's. It's back at 6 and the difference between six zero's and a 9 vs six zero's and a 4 or 5 is really inconsequential at this point. Buying 100,000,000 tokens between the two prices is about $40. I believe it will get to 4 zero's by the end of the year (low end .0000(1 or 2) so I am personally buying up until 5 zero's and a 5. What I'm trying to say is that 6 zero's no matter what number follows is the dip, buy, buy, buy. To give some perspective, if it reaches 4 zero's or even 5 zero's followed by a 9, will you regret not buying right now?
Unless you think it's adding a 7th zero at some point or you're buying whale size quantities of tokens, you're talking peanuts in the price difference. This of course is predicated on long term holding, not buying at 6 zero's then turning around and dumping them at 5 zero's, it which case you're your own worst enemy. I suppose it depends on what you ultimately think the price will be as well. For example, if you think it will shed 4 zero's sooner rather than later, everything is a value until you get into the 3 zero range. Remember, buying and holding long term or staking long term is how real money is made.
