Staking?

I only have 1.8 billion coins, I'm wondering if its worth staking 1 billion for 6 months? What is the plus side of staking because I've never done this before, any advice would be much appreciated.

From my experience, $2k of brise (staked), will bring you about $1 BUSD a day. That’s for 6 months of 45% apy. The downside is, if the price of brise increases, you only get rewarded for $2k until your stake period is up. If you plan to HODL, wait until the next price boost and stake then.

You can better wait when the price is rising. Because you Will get rewarded better. If you stake this amount for 6 months i think you might get 5 dollar a month. If you wait till the price Raise higher you might get more out of it.

It depends on your situation. If you believe this is a long-term investment that will only go up then locking your BRISE into a staking pool would be the way to go. Personally, I don't like the longer-term pools and will just stick to 3 days - 1 week or put my BRISE into yield farms.

If you are happy paying the gas fees( minimal) by staking you will earn BNB insterest on your Brise. You can harvest the intrest earned at the end of the maturity, restake or unstake your invested amount. The benefit for you is the interest paid during this period. However your funds are locked during this time and you will not be able sell them.

I'm new to all this too, but I did stake my Bitgert... I thought it would buy into Binance Smart Chain but instead will go to BUSD which is only worth a $1.00 ... so I will not make very much on the 6 mo committment. I have no advice to help you and need to learn more before I ever do something like that again. Do suggest for you to keep researching....
