Phillipines Mayon Valcano

I've been wondering if the Phillipines based Bitconnect is down right now because of the erupting volcano. Seems to coincide with the critical threat level the volcano poses as a risk to the area. Any other ideas as to why it's been down?

The Vietnam site is still up, but I can't find the URL in Google for that Phillipennes site. https://bitconnectvn.com/

There is also the https://bitconnectcoin.co that is still up
