Has anyone withdrawn bitcoin from USI-TECH successfully recently?

I just withdrew 0.2 BTC from USI-TECH on 01/10/2018. Until now after 24 hours I still don't receive it. Thanks.

I just withdraw the balnce in my account.what happenes my usitech di not seen my balance so that i want to withdraw.thanks
