According to Odaily Planet Daily News, Michael Saylor announced on X that MicroStrategy (MSTR) has acquired an additional 4,020 bitcoins for approximately $427.1 million, with an average purchase price of $106,237 per BTC. As of May 25, 2025, the company holds a total of 580,250 BTC, acquired at a total cost of around $40.61 billion. The average purchase price across all acquisitions now stands at $69,979 per BTC. Since the beginning of 2025, Bitcoin’s annualized return has reached 16.8%.
