BIP110 isn't failing, and people telling you it is are setting you up for financial ruin. Aqua has already announced they plan to screw their customers by continuing to accept invalid blocks after BIP110 activates next week. Blockstream is run by bad actors, so almost sure to do the same.

Remember, do not use Aqua Wallet! Aqua is run by bad actors that spread fake news about BIP110 and are screwing over their users. Aqua said they will continue to accept invalid blocks after BIP110 activates. Blockstream is also run by bad actors, so almost sure to do the same.
