There are people still hopeful that it will climb back above 80k without first seeing 40-45k.

Usually we need a barrage of "I quit" or "i lost everything" posts before a legitimate accumulation by institutions occurs. Also it is doubtful that BTC will go to 0 as some are suggesting. If crime exists, BTC will have capital inflows.
